S for US men's 3.5–6.5 / women's 5–7.5, M for US men's 7–9.5 / women's 8–10, L for US men's 10–12.5 / women's 10.5–13. Then trim the toe to your length.

How do I set the temperature?
Use ▲ and ▼ on the remote to choose one of three levels: 104–115, 117–131 or 133–149 °F (40–46, 47–55 or 56–65 °C). The remote works from up to 33 ft (10 m) away, no app needed. Hold ON to switch the display between °F and °C.

How long does a charge last?
Up to 7 hours: 6.5–7 hours on level 1, 5–6 on level 2 and 3.5–4.5 on level 3.

The remote doesn't respond – what now?
Press the switch at the heel three times quickly until the LED blinks. Then press any button on the remote – when the LED stops blinking, the insole is paired. Repeat for the second insole.

Do the insoles fit every shoe?
Most winter boots and hiking shoes with a removable insole. The insole is a little thicker than a standard one, so it often won't fit very snug shoes.

Can I wash the insoles?
Not in the machine, and do not soak them. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and let it dry fully, keeping the charging port dry.
